Dr. Sourav Basu

Over 14 years of experience in university-level teaching across general management, entrepreneurship, human resource management, and marketing management. Full-time lecturer at Royal Thimphu College from July 2012 to August 2016, with additional contributions as a guest lecturer at Techno-India Group colleges for 1.5 years. Currently serving as an Assistant Professor and founding faculty member at Norbuling Rigter College in Paro, Bhutan.

• Resource Person for two symposiums on 'Leadership & Management' organized by the Department of Livestock, Ministry of Agriculture and Forest, Bhutan; received a certificate of appreciation from the Honorable Minister of Royal Government of Bhutan.
• Serving as a guest trainer and consultant for i-ED and ILS in Bhutan, conducting various management training over the past 10 years.
