Lead 5 Divisions which responsibilities in Sourcing IT & Non IT, Procure-to-Pay, System Support for Transformation Project, PC & Laptop and Procurement Asset Management.


Strategy & Planning

  • Develop strategies and work plans for the process of improving procurement management and the necessary systems/infrastructure
  • Lead the implementation of negotiation activities with third parties, both vendors for the procurement of goods and services, or landlords regarding the lease and sale and purchase of assets
  • Monitor all transactional/operational procurement activities start from Purchase Requisition up to Payment Administration, and also administration of tender processes (eBidding) bankwide
  • PC & Laptop Management starting from procurement process, inventory, distribution, staff mutation and/or resignation until auction the Old Unit to Vendors


Business Process & Management

  • Responsible for the preparation of tender administration starting from the Purchase Requisition, sending RFP/RFQ to the participant vendors via Procurement Application, eBidding activities, negotiation, vendor awarding, monitoring and ensuring the tender process run in accordance with Policy & Procedure
  • Responsible for issuing PO and monitoring PO issued using Procurement Application and ensuring that the payment process and delivery of goods and services by vendors are in accordance with the agreed time
  • Responsible as SPAPM Sub Directorate Budget Coordinator to monitor budget utilities in the current year and submit budget submissions for SPAPM needs in the year ahead
  • Drive and ensure business application performance against objectives and established improvement initiative to enhance quality and services leveraging on best practices
  • Oversees and ensure System and Services Support team provide support and troubleshooting and resolution to Business Users/Enablers and vendors promptly
  • Developing Procurement Spend Analysis with 3 dimension of spend cubes : WHO, WHAT & WHERE


Projects

  • As a Project Manager for Implementation of the New Digital Procurement (Proclick) with interface to Digital Signature, eBudgeting, Tax Office, Account Payable System and Human Resources Application
  • As a Project Manager for Implementation of electronic Property and Insurance Management Enterprise (ePRIME), which has some features & capabilities in acquiring workspace area, detail information per each building such as sqm, # of tenants, service charge & etc, building renovation & maintenance, facility management, insurance management, outsourcing management, PC & Laptop Management
  • As a Project Manager for Devoloping a MobileApps for Car Rental Booking and Security Guard Management, and also integrated for Proclick & ePRIME
  • As a Subject Matter Expert for establish Sport Center which are Basketball, Volleyball, Soccer Indoor, Badminton, Gym and MMA

  • Perform vendors selection required by related units by evaluating the vendor legal documentation, financial report, reputation, resources, expertise, etc. Managing documents of proposed vendors, from the selection activities until it registered as listed vendor
  • Evaluate the performance of listed vendors
  • Provide information to related units such as the procedures of using listed vendors, procedure of vendor selection, etc
  • Manage the data base of Bank CIMB Niaga Listed Vendors recorded in PPAS, including updating the data changes
