  • Oversaw professional website and social medias through content development, follower engagement, social listening, trend analysis and by leveraging competitor research.
  • Served as the lead person on media interactions that help promote and/or impact the organization and actively cultivate and manage press relations to ensure coverage of Loden's programmes.
  • Engaged in professional networking to maintain strong relationships with communications and media professionals to drive partnerships and effective dissemination of mass communications.
  • Communicated with donors and stakeholders to gain support for all three programmes, and solicit input to improve communication of the respective programme areas.
