  • Ensure all safeguarding standards, including risk analysis and mitigation, are conducted and monitored in all areas and operations in Plan Indonesia.
  • Ensure that all staff and partners have good understanding of safeguarding principles and standards.
  • Support and develop capacity of Child Protection and Safeguarding specialists through capacity building and mentoring.
  • Functional linkage with all program officers, managers, Directors, specialists located at program areas and projects offices

  • Ensures that staff and partners are aware of and understand their responsibilities under key policies related to safeguarding, PSHEA and organizational Code of Conduct, their relevance to their area of work, and that concerns are reported and managed in accordance with appropriate procedures.
  • Ensured Child Protection in Emergency (CPIE) and Prevention of Sexual Harassment, Exploitation and Abuse (PSHEA) are embedded in Plan Indonesia’s emergency response

  • Will proactively work to influence, support and collaboratively working with local government related to sexual and reproductive health issues at district level.

  • Represent AHA program to promote information of sexual reproductive health and right, to prevent risky behavior and child marriage in district level, when required.

  • Ensuring high quality of project implementation, comply to project design and planning. Able to provide explanation and justification to donor and partner on project quality if needed
  • Establish linkage emergency programs with overall program design
  • Monitor, coordinate, and supervise partners and related stakeholders for provision of strategic support services
  • Develop and implement scaling up strategies as well as sustainability
  • Support M&E team to develop monitoring mechanism, tools of project monitoring
  • Working collaboratively with technical advisor/specialist in CO and district level for cross-cutting theme such as gender, inclusion, participation, protection
